Jonny Hamilton, Executive Chef, is one of the best chefs in Northern Ireland, nominated for ‘Best Chef in Belfast 2012’. He has worked in many top kitchens and has a passion for combining different ingredients to push the boundaries of food for the Irish people. When asked what was the best thing about his job, Jonny said “being able to write your own menus and putting your foodie dreams into reality. I love training people, passing on my knowledge and helping them grow”.
