Located in the leafy suburbs of South Belfast we are only 5-10 minutes from the city centre by bus/taxi or a comfortable 20 minute walk. The nearest main bus route and bus stop is just 2 minutes walk away. Avenue House is 5-10 minutes walk from Queen's University, the Ulster Museum, the Botanic Gardens and Belfast City Hospital. Award winning restaurants, the newly refurbished Lyric Theatre, bars, cafes, art galleries, coffee shop etc are all within easy walking distance.

All of our bedrooms are en suite with 32" freeview LCD TV/radio, DVD/CD player, free wifi (throughout the entire house), direct dial telephone (with wake-up call facilities), tea/coffee making facilities, silent mini fridge and hairdryer. Free internet and email facilities are also available in the guest sitting room together with a printer which may be needed to print boarding passes or directions.

All of our prices include full home cooked breakfast and we bake our own scones/breads daily.

Private parking is available (subject to availability) and there is free on street car parking at all times.
